My Order
How do I place an order?
Please indicate the quantity required for each article selected. You can finalize your order by clicking on the corresponding button or continue your shopping visiting the other products on the pages. Before payment, you will also be able to enter your address for delivery. In the same time, the shipping costs will be calculated. The purchase order outlines the details of your purchases, indicates the shipping costs and the total amount due with the VAT. By selecting a payment card you will be given access to the secure mode where you can enter your card details in total security. You can also select a payment by PayPal if you own a PayPal account.
My Order confirmation
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Shipping rules
For orders placed after 12:00pm, the working day starts at 8am the next day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon start on Monday morning. We cannot ship to a PO Box address via couriers.We aim for 2-3 working days for despatch of your orders. Oct.-Dec. are the busiest time so orders may take longer.
I have a technical problem and I cannot place an order
Please send us the contact form in an e-mail with as many precise details of your order with your home address. We will then calculate the shipping costs, send you a quote and ask you a payment by bank transfer.
Payment - Security
Secure payment
To ensure secured online transactions, payments made by bank cards on Organiol site are processed using the SSL protocol. It automatically checks the validity of user-rights for payment and encrypts all data exchanged to ensure maximum confidentiality.

Order tracking
Tracking my order
You automatically receive an order confirmation e-mail sent to the indicated address as soon as you have confirmed your order.
I have not yet received my order
All orders are sent using a courrier tracking service and delivered against a signature. The shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the country of delivery and the weight of the order.
The average delivery time observed is between 2 and 3 business days, depending on the destination. It could be more in case of a courrier services on strike …
